Refund policy

Online purchases made through SereneBombshell.com are valid for a return/refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Serene Bombshell offers exchanges only on different sizes of the original style(s) purchased. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Please allow 3–5 business days from the date we receive the item(s) for us to process your return.

We will NOT accept items with visible signs of wear such as stains, dirt, hair, or odors. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

5% Restocking Fees will be deducted from the Refund, Once the product is returned back to us in the same condition and New.

Please note: Original shipping charges and any discount codes or promo values applied to your order will NOT be refunded.

If we receive a return that is in unacceptable condition or received after the 30-day return period, Serene Bombshell reserves the right to deny a refund. If you would like such items returned to you, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of re-delivery.
